The Levana Appointment Project is an innovative platform made to streamline appointment scheduling and enhance user experiences. The project aims to make booking appointments easier for various services, benefiting both users and service providers.

Integration and Visual Consistency: The Levana Appointment project has two sides, one for businesses and the other for users. The first side provides features for businesses to set, change, and manage their appointments online through the platform. The other side focuses on users’ needs, enabling them to utilize what businesses provide and manage their own appointments using Levana Appointments.

  • The app maintains a cohesive visual language:
    • Colors: Harmonious color choices create a pleasant atmosphere.
    • Typography: Clear fonts enhance readability.
    • Icons: Thoughtfully designed icons aid navigation.
    • Thinking about every single of this project made us design a consistent experience for the client and B2B side

 

User-Centric Flow: The appointment flow ensures a seamless experience, guiding users from service selection to confirmation.

Components: Setting appointments is not easy. This platform had its own needs and flows that were not initially user-friendly. We designed customized components in the design system to ensure that people could easily perform regular tasks, creating a better experience.
